New house excitements:
-A BACKYARD!!!!!!!!
-A garage so I don't have:
....tools in my closet (we even have an air compressor in there too)
....paints and stains and under my kitchen sink
....bikes at the storage unit
-Getting to have my full size washer and drier. Goodbye stackable
-More cupboard space in the kitchen
-An office
-A playroom!!!!!!!!
etc. etc. etc.
Even when we lived in the scariest place known to man, a part of me was sad to move. We create memories and routines--it's saying goodbye. This little townhouse has been a good home, even if we are popping out at the seams. (I had to put that memoir in.)

What a great house! How exciting! So, you're leasing? I've always wondered...what's the difference between leasing and renting a house? We're in the process of buying one right now...and WOW! there's a lot of paperwork!
We're excited for you Wendy! Those are some major excitements! Your boys will LOVE it.
That house is really cute! I know what you mean about being excited for a back yard and full size washer and dryer. We currently have a patio with sweet astro-turf and a couple of small storage closets full of all sorts of tools...
Although with 3 kids I'm sure you're way more bursting at the seams than we are!
The house is so cute! I am soooo excited for you! Did you get the couches??
Nicole, YES! and I LOVE them!! They'll be perfect.
Brooke, If I'm right, leasing is a more fixed commitment....A set $$ amount and set amount of time. Renting is month to month.
Congrats on the house and more especially, having your hubby home!
Yeah for you! Very cute too. I know you will enjoy it so much!
Wendy,
Since I am not allowed to go see your place, could you post some pictures? Looks great!
