It was a beautiful morning! We had a fun outing to the pumpkin patch just down the road from us. The boys picked out the biggest pumpkins we've ever had! They are not ones to dig in and get slimy, so Steven and I have something to look forward to when we carve these monsters next Family Home Evening night. We did have a great time picking out pumpkins, riding the hay ride and watching the boys slide down the big blown up slide. Sarah slept nearly the entire time. This pumpkin patch is actually the Christmas Tree Farm. On our hay ride we were taken all around the farm. I felt like we were getting a preview for next month when we come to cut a tree down. They could take tree reservations.
Of course I took TONS of pictures of the boys and with my picture taking skills and their lack of cooperation I manage to get one decent picture. I am really happy with this one of Jacob. He was just chillin.
This is the only picture I have of Michael looking AT the camera. He was coming at me with his toy soldier walk (watch the movie Santa Claus 2). It actually looks like he is holding the camera and taking the picture.

Oh, so much fun! I love the cute cowgirl picture you posted too. You look great too!
Hey Wendy!
So...YES...I definitely feel like I've recovered way faster with this labor and delivery. But, the nursing? Wow! It's been a lot more painful this time around. Maybe the other stuff was so much more intense last time that I don't remember the afterpains and other discomforts of nursing...but, it's been a lot worse this time. Gratefully it's getting better by now, but for a few days there it was pretty bad. But, with the other recovery...it's been great.
I can't believe how big the boys are getting.
Looks like fun. We are wanting to go and wondering where the best place is in this part of town.
